HOWTO: quickly improve X11 font rendering

There are patched packages of libcairo, libfreetype6 and libxft available at ubuntuforums.org, which really improve font display in X.org - probably especially for TFT/LCD monitors.
The packages are for Ubuntu Dapper and "I'm loving it" (tm).
